The service was prompt, the rental affordable, and the bouncer chair, tub, play mat and sheets for the crib were properly cleaned, so I didn't have to worry about giving them a scrub down on arrival. I can't thank you enough for the excellent equipment I rented for my granddaughter's visit. I rented the Delta Haven Crib Set and the Britax Roundabout Car Seat. Both were in new condition. We used My Baby Equipment rentals for our family trip to Scottsdale Arizona. The service was terrific. They were there when they said they would be there and the equipment was in mint shape. Better than our stuff at home! My son loved the bucket of toys we rented and was sad to see them go. When taking a trip to Phoenix from our home in Canada, we decided to rent the required baby equipment we needed for our 9 month old son. We rented a car seat, booster seat and stroller. The representative met us at the airport to deliver the products, which were very clean and in excellent condition. At the end of our trip, a representative met us at the airport once again, right on time, to pick up the products. Overall, we couldn't have ask for anything more! All of the equipment was in excellent condition, worked perfectly, was very well priced, and the customer service was amazing! We would highly recommend this company for any rentals that you need.
