ORDERING


Do I need to verify availability prior to placing my order?
No, as long as you place your order 72 hours in advance of delivery there is no need to confirm availability. Our convenient online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Equipment availability is closely monitored and sold out dates are posted in our rental store accordingly.  We strongly suggest booking your equipment at your earliest convenience to avoid any scheduling  or availability conflicts.

How do I arrange delivery of the baby equipment I ordered?
After checkout, you will receive an electronic receipt that contains a link to follow, there you will enter all your delivery information. Or visit HERE after checkout. You may also call toll free at (866) 786-7108 to make delivery arrangements.

How does your tiered pricing work?
Rates are based on 1-3, 4-7, 8-10, 11-14, 15-30 total night rentals.  The rate does not change within each tier.  We feel this gives greater delivery flexibility to our customers for the same price.  Many of our customers take advantage of our tiered pricing by having their baby equipment delivered prior to their arrival.  We also delivery on weekends and evenings at no extra cost.  If you need to rent for a period greater than 30 days, please contact us at (866) 789-7180.
 
Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, phone orders may be placed by contacting us at (866) 789-7180.  A "Print & Call" option is also available upon final checkout.

Can my order be delivered tomorrow if I order today?

We typically require a minimum of 72 hours delivery notice on all orders. However, we are happy to try and accommodate requests for delivery with less notice. Please contact us toll free at (866) 789-7180.

Okay, I placed my order, now what?
We will contact you shortly after placing your order to introduce ourselves and again the day prior to your delivery date. You can reach us if you have any questions or concerns toll free at (866) 789-7180.

I just realized I need more equipment after placing my order. Can I add to my previous order?
Absolutely! Please contact us toll free at (866) 789-7180 or via email. A minimum of 72 hours delivery notice is required on all additions.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 72 hours of the delivery date will be refunded 50% of the original order. Cancellations made more than 72 hours ahead of the delivery date will be charged a $25 processing fee.

Can I choose a different rental period for each rental item?
If you request different delivery dates within an order, a delivery surcharge of $20 will be incurred for each additional delivery/pick up date. We suggest a separate order be placed to facilitate staggered delivery dates.

What types of payment do you accept?
Our site offers secure online payments using Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. If you wish to pay by personal check or cash, please contact us toll free (866) 786-7108 to make arrangements.

Where do you delivery?
We deliver to Phoenix, Arizona and surrounding cities including, but not limited to, Scottsdale, Glendale, Tempe, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, Apache Junction, Maricopa, Paradise Valley, and Mesa. For deliveries to the far west valley, please call toll free (866) 786-7108 prior to placing your order.

How much is delivery and pick up?
A flat delivery and pick up fee of $20.  Setup of rental crib and baby equipment is also included. 

Can you deliver my rental equipment in the evening?

Absolutely! We can deliver your equipment in the evening and on weekends at no additional cost.
We also offer tiered pricing so our customers have greater delivery flexibility for the same low price.

Can my car seat be delivered to the airport and my other baby equipment elsewhere?
We would be happy to deliver your car seat to the airport and your other baby equipment elsewhere. Please contact us toll free (866) 786-7108 prior to placing your order to make arrangements. You may also place your order by phone at the same time.

Will you set up my rental crib?

Yes, crib set up is included as part of our delivery service.

Can I pick up my equipment?

Yes, you can pick up your order by appointment only. Please contact us toll free at (866) 786-7108 prior to placing your order for availability. Unfortunately we do not allow pick up of our Delta Haven crib set due to assemble requirements.


EQUIPMENT

Is the baby equipment cleaned after each use?
All baby equipment we rent is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to delivery.  My Baby Equipment Rentals uses only fragrance free. eco-friendly cleaners.   All  baby linens are  cleaned with fragrance free, eco-friendly detergent using a high temperature, sanitary cycle wash.

Do you track manufacturer's recalls?
We track recall information on a regular basis through the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission's website www.cpsc.gov, which provides automated recall updates on baby equipment. We also register our products with the manufacturer, if applicable.

If I rent a car seat can you install it?
We cannot install your car seat. Please check the nearest installation location and read our Arizona restraint law.

Why do you specify the make of your rental crib?

The Delta Haven is a high quality crib from a highly respected manufacturer.  The Delta Haven is superior in build quality when compared to the industry's standard rental crib, the Jenny Lind.  Each rental crib includes a full 5 inch thick mattress, mattress pad, fitted sheet and bumper at no additional cost. Your baby will not only rest in comfort, but in style as well.

Will I receive the exact item shown?
My Baby Equipment Rentals carries only top quality products for rent from highly respected manufacturers. Unless the manufacturer and/or model is specified, you will receive of like kind and quality of the item pictured.

What if I need something not on your list?
Please contact us regarding any special request items. We will be happy to try and accommodate your special request.

What is your policy on damage/breakage?
We rent out high quality baby equipment and expect each item to be returned in working order. If equipment is damaged or broken during a rental period, we will determine the extent of the damage and charge full replacement value, if applicable. This charge excludes the charge for the original rental period.
